Project overview

Australian Linen Supply is one of Australia’s leading importers and distributors of linen products designed for commercial laundry use, the hospitality sector and healthcare industries. If you have stayed at a hotel or dined at a restaurant you have more than likely seen their linen products in a commercial setting.

ALS historically has promoted itself & products via face-to-face sales personnel, printed catalogues, 2-3 tradeshows per year, and a website which was replaced in late 2018.  They were looking to change how they engage clients during the pandemic as face-to-face sales were no longer a viable option.

The Challenge

Australian Linen Supply came to us in 2020 looking for a partner who could increase online sales while also re-engaging existing clientele digitally. They were looking for an agile team that could hit the ground running and get a thorough understanding of their business quickly.

The Strategy

OMDIGI Group started by reviewing all of the tracking across existing channels. This involved the tracking tags, Goals and triggers. We also looked at technical SEO including site speed, structure etc. Once we ensured all of the tracking was working correctly we built out a a digital approach that used multiple channels to capture audiences. This strategy included Social Media, SEO, Google Ads and Amazon.
