The Challenge

TAFE NSW is a massive organisation with 10 different institutes all with their own branding and suppliers. In November 2016, TAFE wanted to merge all their institutes into one and needed to centralise their Marketing and suppliers.

TAFE were searching for a fresh creative direction that could be used across NSW to establish TAFE NSW as the best pathway for education. OMDIGI Group worked with a massive budget of over $20m and other agencies in order to help make TAFE the number one source of education.

The Strategy

Our strategy involved a wide-ranging, multi-channel approach which included creative services, advertising, media buying, public relations, paid search, paid social and landing pages.

Each campaign was supported by robust strategy that was co-created with TAFE NSW and the other agencies. Weekly reporting, WIPs and brainstorm sessions were all used to paint a clear picture of TAFE’s vision.

We aligned the organisation and brought all of the singular TAFE institutes under the main TAFE NSW banner delivering cost savings, increased enrolments and higher engagement across their marketing campaigns.
