The Challenge
Belle Property is a boutique real estate agency that focuses on premium and middle markets in select lifestyle locations. Belle is a constantly growing company with over 80 offices across New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.
Belle Property needed a digital agency that could facilitate a large-scale site migration and develop a dynamic property appraisal acquisition strategy that applies to a head office and local level.
The Strategy
Belle property’s website was well established with valuable link equity and domain authority. In order to preserve these assets for the new website, a meticulous site migration strategy was designed and implemented so that traffic would increase immediately after launch.
It was also important to deliver acquisition campaigns that were tailored for each branch due to varying audiences as well as campaigns that were tailored for head office level.
OMDIGI worked together with Belle to launch Belle Commercial and Belle Advisory, providing strategic recommendations for website development and acquisition strategies for paid media.
